Latham 2.0

Last month I did a post solely on Latham because I had some great pictures of him that completely captured his cuteness and his spunkiness.

I love this age and stage, and I've gotten a couple more pictures of him to share of this past week. (Sorry Ronan and Finnian, it'll be your turn soon!)

Naps are a rarity these days, so he's absolutely pooped out at the end of each day.

(And no, he did not only have mac and cheese for dinner, there was a roast and brocolli as well!)

For some reason both boys LOVE the vacuum cleaner. They want to help so badly, and in no way do I want to discourage that, but seriously people, do you know how long chores would take if my boys helped with everything?!? Now we "take turns"; I do all the vacuuming first and then they do it. Works great!

Alison laid to rest

As most of you know, my sister Alison passed away last month. After the open-casket funeral she was cremated.

This past Tuesday we had a private family ceremony to bury her ashes.

The marble urn that Dad picked out for her.

After some private time we were ready to put the urn in the ground.

Ronan wanted to help Grandpa.

Alison, we rejoice in knowing that you are whole in heaven with our Lord and Savior, and we will see you again one day!
